About the Author: Chantelle Wyatt, a Scuba Dive Instructor and Conservation Writer from Southsea has been a surrogate twice for her friend and his husband. The challenges of pregnancy inspired her to not only promote the good bits but also the 'crappy bits of pregnancy' to other women who may at times have felt overwhelmed when growing humans. The book was designed as a novelty gift to any woman who had or planned to take on the colossal task of baking a person. It is a small way to for her to show appreciation and respect to everyone else who conquered pregnancy and to remind them what an awesome job they did.
About the Illustrator:
Briony Meades, Southsea illustrator and talented artist took on the task of adorning Chantelle's book after graduating from Portsmouth University. She captured all of Chantelle's woes whilst she carried her first surrogate baby for her friends perfectly.
