We’ll email you to let you know when your order is dispatched (usually next working day). Sometime our emails land in spam so please check there first! The parcel tracking number should automatically be included in your dispatch email.

We offer free standard UK delivery for orders over £40.

Standard delivery (2-3 working days): £4 for small, £6 for medium, and £7 for large packages; free deliveries for orders over £40. Deliveries are posted during store opening days (Tuesday-Saturday), i.e if you make a purchase on a Sunday, your package will go out on Tuesday. Local Pick-up is available to customers who wish to collect their order from our shop in 5 Marmion Road, Southsea Portsmouth PO5 2AT. You will receive a standard email stating that your goods have been dispatched – this means that they are ready for collection! Collection available during opening hours.

If you have ordered a product on pre-order, your entire order will be shipped once this pre-order product has arrived. If you would like your items sent separately, please state this at checkout. You will be asked to pay for extra shipping if applicable.
