Muslins
I firmly believe you can never have too many muslins, they have so many uses. Feeding, baby spit, gross noses, light blankets, comforters the list goes on. I love a print or coloured muslin to make them a bit more fun.

Teethers
Another item I seemed to need an endless supply of as my son launched them in all directions. We stock lots of different styles, all made from sustainable and organic materials. I love the Pebblechild crochet and wooden style as this can be teamed up with the matching rattle or soft toy if you want to create your own giftset.
Soft toys
A pretty classic baby shower gift. As someone a little obsessed with Jurassic Park, dinosaurs are a firm favourite for me and a step away from the usual bear or bunny. Some of my most loved options are from Best Years and Pebblechild.

Rattles
Rattles provide a source of stimulation. Babies like the sounds they produce and follow the path of the rattle with their eyes, as well as giving them a sense of discovery as they try to grab and hold the rattle. Many rattles have a dual function, doubling as teethers as babies grow. They have textured surfaces which are easy on the gums and provide the stimulation that babies need.
Baby Care
At Edith and Blanche we are passionate about caring for our planet and using organic and sustainable products. Aside from their gorgeous clothes, Little Green Radicals also have a line of essentials to care for little ones skin such as moisturising jelly, chest rub and nappy balm.
Cute clothes
Not particularly out there for a gift choice but who can resist buying a cute baby outfit? I tend to go for 3-6 months and up size wise as if the new baby is anything like my son they might only be in newborn for 2 seconds! Pigeon Organics have a fabulous range of super soft organic cotton options in co-ordinating prints. I love, love, love the Faces print, this can be complimented with the stripe leggings, hat and reversible bib.
