Mindfulness for Mums

On the last blog, I talked about what mindfulness is; being aware of what we do when we do it. We don’t need to find extra time in our already busy days to practice mindfulness, if you can be aware of the feeling of weight of a hairbrush in your hands  then you are already practicing meditation.
